Flexible Hours, collaborative atmosphere at times, some good people work there

Cons

Management is terrible, there is no structure, just the old heads routinely leaving to cash out their stock. For anyone that wasn't at the beginning it's no fun at all. Hard to get a raise, hard to get client escalations handled above our sphere of influence, etc. etc. I marked DEI as a 4 star because its great if you are an indian (which I am not)
