      There is no such.. people cry of timing things.. but trust me it's completely upto you..be a smart worker and finish your deliverables and log off.

      1. The learning out here is one of a kind. No one can give you a better opportuinity in terms of learning 2. You get do develop skillsets way beyond your title 3. You get opportuinities which usually take 5-6 years in other big corporates 4. If you have an idea, people (No matter the title) will listen to you and won't shun you without hearing your point. 5. Appraisals are usually better than big corporate appraisals (BA/SBA level) 6. If you think you can do well in a different vertical, it will be very easy for you to switch intenally 7. Good benifits like 3 extra leaves a month (For COVID WFH), food in the offices, and much more... 8. Most people are friendly and will help you when required.

      1. Work Life balance can be a challenge if you think learning is not your priority 2. Good Team Leads are very important for you to grow and enjoy work 3. Sub par Health Insurance policies
