I have a total of 9 years of experience across both IT and non-IT roles, and this is my fourth company. I can genuinely say that this has been the best experience so far. The managers don’t micromanage, everyone communicates with respect, and the work culture is truly positive. The projects are strong, aligned with industry standards, and many involve Fortune 500 clients. Tredence also provides free lunch, and every quarter we have well-organized townhalls in five-star venues with great food and amazing people. Recently, we had the Kolkata office picnic, and it was filled with fun, enjoyment, and lots of laughter. Thank you, Tredence, for giving me the best workplace experience in my career so far.
