      Pros

      Having always worked in an analytics stream for almost half a decade now, I can say with surety that Tredence is one of a kind. The work culture here is amazing. The work environment, even more so. The people whom you work with are extremely driven and motivated. They come in from diverse backgrounds bringing in a rich value of experience. Learning is always constant here as I have personally seen people start learning a technology from scratch and become subject matter experts in the same. Having joined as one of the first few employees in the company, I have seen the Tredence grow from a small group of 8-10 people to almost 100 people in a span of less than 2 years. The growth rate is just colossal! And finally, the oxymoron of a "flat hierarchy" exists. In Tredence.

      Cons

      For people who come from a spoon fed environment, the first couple of months might feel a bit bumpy with regards to learning. Though there is a well planned induction programme and subject matter experts for pretty much every aspect of your work, a certain amount of individual effort is expected from every candidate.

      Cons

      Bonuses and salary increments have been delayed in consecutive cycles. In the last cycle, bonuses were delayed by a month, and this time, the promotion and increment process has been delayed for over three months. Workload is increasing day by day, and the hours spent on calls have significantly gone up, leading to long and exhausting workdays. Despite taking on higher-level work for a quarter, clear feedback or confirmation on promised promotions has been missing.
