Pros

No . None . zeroooo

Cons

1) Idiotic founders . Founders who don't have any technically skills . No vision .The company is still afloat because of UStoINR conversion. 2)All reporting and dashboard work . most of the work is data prepartion . Deep learning and machine learning are just the words . Founders and senior management know about deep.learning as much as your uncle knows (i.e. nothing) . pathetic place to work . There should be serious rules regarding spouses of emoloyees working . I don't want to name but there is serious politics that goes around the company . junior employees look for the experience so that they can find the next job. Please make strict rules regarding married couples working in same company . It created political atmosphere . This company has political masterminds from.senior to junior level. Political Parties can use them how to win elections . Partiallity everywhere .HRs job is to write fake reviews for every real review . I wonder what they are during lockdown when they never worked while regular office was opened. Frankly speaking HRs and learning and development team (TALL) should have been the first to get fired if any layoffs . They do nothing and get paid.Typical of any company where founders sit in some other country . 3) Company run like next door kirana shop . People promoted or given good rating based on whom.you go out for smoke or who you butter up . As long as you are in good books you are good . 4) Manager who just know reporting work pretending to be smart as if they know deep learning and machine learning . We can see through you . 5) One of the biggest clients , wont name but they also own one of Indias leading shopping site has been cutting their contracts . Which makes sense , why would they offhsore their work to some third class company when they have their own development centre ( read labs ) here in bangalore .

Pros

Startup culture, Can move around and learn multiple areas in analytics, app dev and DE. Food is great.

Cons

Not transparent about crisis, we were informed that only pay cuts would be there and found mangers removed after few weeks. I feel this was the initial set of companies announcing pay cuts in bangalore. Seriously looking like bad cash at hand problem being bootstrapped. Suggestion is to wait and watch for atleast 1 year to see the financial stability. The startup culture is much damaging, they want to conduct a big company thinking like the startup they were 4 years back. Even before covid, the entire teams were worried about loosing one account and then the corona hit and we got paycuts 2 months back. Scaling up without proper planning or funding. Bad strategy of depending on single accounts for income which now is single point of failure. We are moved around roles like BA, DE, DS in the context of 360 degree. This basically has destroyed people who got onboard with highly niche skills in their area. Once you get back to market interviews you do not know anything indepth. A fallout of the lack of money and hence unable to keep people buffer.
