Very motivated workforce, always looking to improve and better themselves. Senior management very co-operative and always pushing everyone to do more and get out of each one's comfort zones.

Cons

All the opportunities available at Tredence sometimes take up a lot of time. This leaves little time on weekdays.

1.When you join as a fresher in tredence, the first 3 months will be extremely hectic, but trust me, it’ll be worth it. You’ll be trained by people who are very good in that tool. Your basics will be set right. Once the training is over, they analyse your strengths and place you in the right team. You’ll be surprised of how well they have understood your capabilities. Thanks to TALL. 2.Very friendly work culture and helpful team members. Inspite of the fact that you are a fresher, you’ll be given good analytics work from day one 3.They provide breakfast and lunch

Cons

You might have to stretch few days. It is not fixed timing.
