Pros

They really focus on employees upskilling. We have a lot of clients, projects and I personally felt they care about us. It's a open office culture where you get to contact the founders without any hesitation, and they definitely help if required. It's a growing company, they have international branches opened up in many countries and still going strong

Cons

It deoends purely based on the project, and the client only. Apart from that Tredence is good, but the client it varies
