Okay to start with. Please move one to a better company when you get the chance. Salary is decent compared to competitors but that's pretty much it.

Cons

Meh. Just too bad. Indians are the worst people to work with. Add consulting to the mix, and you have a double-edged sword. No support from your managers, very mundane work.
