Pros

I’ve had a really positive experience working at this company so far. The overall work environment is very supportive and employee-friendly. The facilities provided are excellent, making it comfortable to focus on work and maintain a good work-life balance. One thing that stood out to me was the onboarding process. It was very well-organized, with proper sessions and meetings arranged to help new joiners understand the company, teams, and expectations clearly. There were dedicated alignment meetings to ensure that new employees feel confident and settled from the beginning. The people here are extremely helpful and approachable. Everyone is willing to guide and support whenever needed, which makes collaboration smooth and enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great place to work with a strong culture of support, learning, and teamwork.

Cons

One area of improvement could be around the learning requirements during and after onboarding. While the initial onboarding courses are helpful, there are also additional courses that continue to be assigned over time, which can be quite time-consuming (often 10–30 hours each). Managing these alongside project responsibilities and other onboarding tasks can be challenging for new joiners. It becomes difficult to dedicate proper, focused time to these courses. To truly gain value and complete knowledge from these trainings, they require dedicated attention. Otherwise, there is a tendency to go through them just for the sake of completion rather than meaningful learning. A more structured or phased approach to assigning these courses, along with realistic timelines, would help employees balance their workload better and make the learning more effective.
