      Cons

      Majority of hiring being done from India on H1. To circumvent H1 quota system folks are being hired to Toronto Canada. Company more loyal to folks who draw lower salaries and are need of green card or permanent status.

      Pros

      They use to provide WFH before, but now that is also revoked.

      Cons

      Once your project is completed, you are done. they will ask you to get out and if you are not getting projects related to your skill set, they will force you to change your skill set too. Moreover the projects time span is very less when compared to other company client projects. So its your own risk to join in this company.
