Some talented people on the team and opportunities to work on a variety of client projects. Earlier on there was a sense of momentum and collaboration.
Cons
Communication from leadership became inconsistent over time and major decisions affecting employees were often made without transparency. A recurring issue was employees being terminated suddenly without prior warning or clear reasoning. Multiple people, including myself, experienced abrupt dismissals despite no prior indication that their role was at risk. This created an atmosphere where job stability felt uncertain regardless of performance or tenure.
