Pros
We have a small team but this means everyone works really well together and is extremely helpful. Team efficiency and communication is amazing. There are plenty of different projects which allows for learning new things and putting on many hats.
Cons
Due to company size compensation and benefits are lower than some of the bigger companies, but you get other benefits that larger sized companies don't provide, like large contribution to projects and ability to own and influence the project
