Pros
I loved working here, the location being at the beach was super nice. The company culture was fantastic and the people I got to work with were wonderful. The work life balance was great with work that was fulfilling and great balance of positive activities with coworkers. There were opportunities for each engineer to be creative and give 100% of their energy towards advancing great product. Anyone who works here will be able to grow and advance their careers in a positive direction. If you get an opportunity to work here even for a short time I recommend it.
Cons
Parking in Mission Beach especially in the summer was rough but given the current state of remote work maybe not much of an issue anymore. At times the agile style of development on my team specifically felt like constant complaint sessions but that was due to a team specific issue not the office as a whole.
