Management and leadership often promised for change or aid, but never gave any until the situation was truly at its worst state. Leadership is very shady and stalks you on your linkedin profile. They seem to want to trap you in this company and not promote growth or advancement in your career. They lost their company culture and is getting sucked into a toxic client culture, where many team members have displayed frustration already, but nothing was done. Management often invalidates any concerns or suggestions you have to help improve workflow. Overworked & lied about company culture of being able to work flexible hours. I was asked to move my own prior engagements, and was chastised when I said I could not. Overall, really toxic workplace that overworks you and displays fake generosity and kindness from leadership.
