      Pros

      Great company, great people, and great industry benefits. Trek is really a notch above everyone else in cycling when it comes to providing a great place to work, great facilities, and fair wages. Really love working here.

      Cons

      Hard to say anything negative. Like any company, it has some office politics, and occasionally executive decisions can be hard to swallow, but overall not much bad to say.

      Pros

      Cool products, slightly higher than average pay, lots of different locations if you want to relocate. There are more advancement opportunities than average but it also seemed to be fairly cutthroat, over confidence and trash talking seemed to get people ahead just as much as hard work did.

      Cons

      Employee voices and needs are often the last priority because they are trying to focus so heavily on budgets and metrics. There are lots of interesting new policies and programs being tested which should help shake up the industry, but also lots of double standards, if constructive feedback on new policies would have any effect on the bottom line, don't be surprised if you are treated like a dissident with an attitude problem.
