      Pros

      Great Company that really is making a difference in the bicycle industry. They are best in class in many facets of the company

      Cons

      Over the years, driven by success, they seemed to have lost some of the great culture within the company. Loved working with them for years but when they decided it was time for me to go, it was quick.

      An amazing range of leading products with a loyal customer following.

      Cons

      The importance of metrics will be stated, though analysis of said metrics and goal setting is basically non-existent. Any calls for leadership will be met with confused shrugs. The company will do literally nothing to help you succeed, But will punish you if something fails. Leadership through threats is common. And I was criticized for my weight, once in private, and once in public. I was never given a uniform like the rest of my coworkers, because of my weight.
