Pros
Great profit sharing and 401K. Great product discounts.
Cons
Major favoritism towards group leaders. Almost as if they can do no wrong. One group leader in particular is the "golden child" and gets away with whatever they want, even with blatant labor law violations. They should have been fired many times. Potential to be a great place however corporate is oblivious to what happens at the non-corporate locations. Additionally local management needs to be more involved with daily operations.
