      The higher you look the worse it is

      Pros

      I loved my job, my coworkers, and surprisingly a lot of the customers. It's rewarding work, although it can be chaotic at times.

      Cons

      The upper management has lost the plot. To put this in perspective, John Burke, our ceo, wrote a political book that we were required to hand out to customers, for free. Also an occasional visit without any warning to fire anyone he didn't like.

      Pros

      There was a great training program about the bikes being sold in store. With nice benefits for completing the training, and for borrowing bikes for personal use.

      Cons

      Trek is only focused on the wealthy demographic. They are not interested in bike accessibility. I was told privately to not discuss my salary with the other employees. Manager made rude, judgmental remarks about people's appearances. Went into the job to be in charge of community outreach and events with some sales involved, but ended up getting no guidance on community outreach and was told that I would be primarily a Sales Associate.

      Very awesome work environment with awesome team members who also love doing what they are doing.

      Cons

      You are not paid enough for all the work that you do which is unfortunate.
