No pros at all,please do not think of working here, company is run by immature individuals that do not know their business

Cons

They are hiring people for projects that have not even been secured. Directors have zero knowledge of the subject and hite people based on CV. They promise golden mountains to clients while playing with professional lifes of people they hire. As soon as client changes requirement's or mind, they let go people. I was one of 5 team members let go that way. Please do not be tempted by high salaries.

A lot of responsibility. Travel and diversified work. Exposure to all levels of business. Networking friendly. Not monotonous work, can be exciting, challenging work. Consulting experience is very valuable to career goals.

Cons

Extremely long hours. Word of mouth of work quality may blackball future. Adherence to role and skill set is loose and misaligned. No training and little support from managers. Must be a go getter and comfortable handling independent tasks and go above what is expected. Utilization of people is poor for new hires. A lot of turnover expected in this space.
