A lot of opportunities at Treliant if you are willing to put in the time and effort. You will be surrounded by smart and hard working individuals that can help shape your career.

Cons

The unpredictability of workload and travel schedule on a weekly basis can wear on you. While there is a decent mix in the types of projects across the firm, associates have very little control over what they work on.

Pros

If things go right, you get to work with smart people on interesting projects. In hindsight, working at Treliant was a more positive experience than I realized at the time.

Cons

If things go wrong, you could get shipped to who-knows-where to work on less interesting projects. Obviously, employees have to put in the effort to progress at any workplace, but I think you can get caught in the wash a little too easily at Treliant.
