Zero - do not value the women

Cons

Senior management all males, maybe a few token women with no real decision making power. Hire and fire as the please. No morals and couldn’t give a f about their employees. Money is their only motive.

- generally relaxed management - hybrid office policy - good place for graduates to get 1-2 years experience under their belt - some good clients - which is a good stepping stone to build up your reputation and make a name for yourself on client projects

Cons

- very slow salary progression - seems to be an emphasis on attending social events to level up your career - salary is ok but not the most competitive on the market by far
