Serious company, respects laws and people. Good benefits, equal or better than equivalent companies. Great learning opportunities, a lot of knowledge and technology across the different divisions.

Cons

Little communication between different factories and divisions. Culture and values are not uniform across the company. Factories can be opened and closed very quickly.
