Pros

Great work environment, competitive salary, good benefits. I have learned a lot with my time so far. I think It is great experience and a good place to work for.

Cons

I think the the structure is some what flat, after a few years I will be ready to move up or to another department and I am not sure that it will be easy unless I go to a different annex of the company.

- You will get to work in the area you are interested - Ensures entertainment regular basis

Cons

- You wont be treated well in terms of ensuring you receive salary as for the market standards. Sometimes you might end up getting less than your junior is getting paid - Worst management, you wont receive response for your concerns at all

Pros

They have good pay and great benefits. Their insurance is priced more reasonably than any other company I've worked for. Excellent focus on employee safety

Cons

At times management can play favorites. That in itself can be a plus depending on your status, but the negative vastly outweighs the positive if your not in that particular managers favor
