      Pros

      If you have kids and manage to work your way up, you can come into work and leave whenever you want. One of the higher ups doesn't even have a five day work week. PERKS. .........if you're not a supervisor and/or don't have kids: you have the option to make friends if you want. Kids are awesome.

      Cons

      It's almost impossible to move on up and the pay is crap. It's a good temporary job. Admin is so far from reality of what are job is. I guess with power they forgot what it was like

      hardly any real training, no support, not compensated for gas, expect anyone to work with aggressive kids, no room for growth or raises, poor management,
