Pros

Great co-workers and kids. Can have flexibility in how much or little you work. 30hrs is guaranteed but if it’s not with a client you still have to go in and do something. New hire raining is very thorough!! The trainer, Ashley, is amazing & sooo knowledgeable!! She’s at the office pretty much daily and offers support. Their new hire training meets 40hr reqs needed for RBT exam.

Cons

BTs are all inexperienced. Not the best place to go to build strong skills. (Anyone with experience would be a rockstar). Can have huge breaks between clients which can leave you with a much longer day. (Ex 8a-7p but only 8hrs are with clients. Rest is just free time but not usually enough to make going home worth it)
