      Pros

      Working with the kids and like minded staff is great.

      Cons

      No support for staff or teachers and upper management has no knowledge in ABA or verbal behavior.

      Pros

      Working with the kids is life changing. You truly share a sense of camaraderie with like-minded staff when you work with children with autism.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations for professional level staff. Little support for teachers and 1:1 instructors. Very disorganized. No HR support (HR is provided by the parent company Learn It systems so HR is very disconnected). VERY poor management of PTO and benefits- they release the school calendar very late an "black out" dates that staff are allowed to take off (literally some of the black out dates are on scheduled breaks).

      Pros

      The kids are amazing and working with them is the highlight of most of my days there. The salary is great and benefits too.

      Cons

      There is a lot of drama between staff members. If you call out for any reason you get shunned by the people that had to cover you. If your supervisor has a problem with the way you are doing something you won't find out until it's a huge problem. Working with the kids is in no way a con, every con that I experienced had to do with staff members and supervisors.
