Everyone is always willing to pitch in and help get things done, or provide support. Strong customer base with loyal customers, and in-demand technology. Culture is to do the right thing by our customers and employees. Private offices for all employees and beautiful, new facility with lots of amenities. Feels more like working for a commercial silicon valley company than a traditional defense contractor. Lack of bureaucracy is refreshing.
