Ensuring the employees retain excellent benefits Flexible working conditions Individual Offices for every employee onsite when feasible. Provides snacks and drinks for all employees in the kitchen areas. Provides inhouse gym for exercise as well as paying up to a certain amount towards external gym memberships. Promotes growth in team members, striving for more efficient processes. Generates interaction among all employees through 'Trelly' teams allowing you to better know all your co-workers, many events throughout the year. Open to all ideas to assist in making the company more profitable.

Cons

The difficult part is working with a few of the systems which have limitations and not easily upgradeable due to the requirements of the company.
