TrellisWare has a great culture to work in. Everyone is so kind and inviting, but also extremely hardworking. This company is a great place to join if you can because they are constantly growing and they are in a market that is stable and also constantly growing. Another positive is that this company is always trying to be the best that it can be with not only with what they create and sell, but also the environment that they create for their employees. They want everyone to fell comfortable and welcome here.
Cons
If you want to live by the beach, the drive can be kind of far and the living situation around here is more family (not a very young living environment)
