      - positive culture, great co-workers - beautiful new facility - free snacks and drinks - growing company - interesting work

      Cons

      Company growth can be challenging, but new facility is a big upgrade.

      Pros

      Experience in multiple departments (i.e. System test, hardware, software, etc..). Interesting projects, and hands on interaction with most of the products.

      Cons

      Good amount of downtime in between projects/tasks.
