      Pros

      Lots of smart people, lots of flexibility in how to manage your time, highly professional staff, good mix of talent, teamwork and solid execution and delivery is a common goal among everyone, and I have never felt so welcomed to become part of a company.

      Cons

      Programs move fast, hard to come up to speed with so much going on simultaneously.
