the salary is too low

Over the past 10 years the company has struggled to find an identity. In 2010, they got out hustled and out marketed by CrowdStrike and Cylance, and they’ve been playing catch up ever since. Their retention rate continues to fall YoY. It’s sad b/c they have a lot of smart, capable people who are extremely loyal to the company, yet because leadership is inept they been on a downward spiral for years. They claim they have marginal incremental YoY growth yet I believe a lot of the numbers are skewed with the yen conversion. Japan and Europe tend to lead, but the US lags as it is more competitive. ValueAct, a VC, has reduced its investment from 8% to 3% so that should tell you something. They need to sell to a company who is looking to build a platform someone like an Okta, zScaler, or even Google as they don’t really have an endpoint solution.
