Understaffed to say the least

Pros

Good team, manager who does not micro manage, friendly place to work

Cons

* Very low bonus, generally 3% * Low pay rise 2% * Completely understaffed, massive workload and a hiring ban leaving staff no alternative but to leave * A good place to work if they would staff it right, by far the most unstaffed technical role I have ever worked
