Very family oriented yet professional company The company Is growing rapidly and profitably. The company has been profitable ever since it was founded. Everyone is able to make a difference in the company The company actually cares about the customers. Customer service is part of engineering and can escalate problems if needed virtually immediately.

Cons

So much business that it is difficult in these times to hire enough qualified technical personnel.

Pros

Great people to work with, close-knit, family environment. Real people who understand real life. They take care of their people.

Cons

Because of it's size (<50 employees) there are certain federal protections and benefits you won't be eligible for. The pay and benefits are marginal, the insurance is garbage. There is usually only one or two people assigned a specific position or title, so when that person is not in the office some things won't get done until they return. Resistant to change and no opportunity for advancement.
