Great Flexibility and Comfortable WFH situation

Pros

Can work on a ton of different ideas with great flexibility. Work timings are also quite flexible. Ownership of alphas is good and recognition for extra work is given.

Less office/colleague based interaction (due to WFH situation mostly)
