Pros

They give you pretty okay salary for a part time job.

Cons

Don't think it is a very helpful part time job. Boring and you are always doing the same thing. You spend most time on waiting the codes to run.

Pros

I've worked at a number of firms and the caliber of people at Trexquant is impressive. Very flat hierarchy where CEO is open to suggestions. Collaboration is encouraged, effort is appreciated, and profitability translates into bonuses.

Cons

The workload is high, but you should expect this from any startup.
