Benefits - three weeks vacation, 401, etc. Bonuses

Cons

Staffing and turnover are an issue. Used to be a familial atmosphere but as growth changes so do priorities. Product is good, but at what expense to those burning the candle on both ends? There is def favoritism in upper mgmt. Comp needs to be commensurate w exp and other builders. Penny wise and pound foolish. Employees are your bread and butter.
