Cons

Managers and C-Level staff are very clique and are quick to remove people for no reason. The company had a great atmosphere but with recent hires the mood has changed and multiple people have been laid off or people have quit.

Pros

Company culture is great if you're a people person, and everyone is very friendly. Standard merit increases annually. Relatively laid-back office.

Cons

Almost no opportunity for remote work unless there's inclement weather. Most support center team members work from home once a week at max. Asking for more WFH opportunities is frowned upon. Old-school mentality of butts in seats from the C-suite executives. Pay could be higher for both support center and field.
