TSC, is a mess. The owners are out of touch and are loyal to the wrong people. TSC, as a whole, is unsafe, to the point of scary. Their airplanes are "lipstick on a pig". The interiors are always dirty, the carpets are disgusting, and the lavatories are smelly and unsanitary. The cabin attendants are lazy, especially the head cabin attendant. I heard upper management call one of the clients "casino level." Tri-State isn't even casino level; picture the corner gas station in the wrong part of town, that is TSC.

The company will force you to do unsafe things such as shoot illegal approaches into Aspen and exceed duty times and force you to fly when sick. They view pilots as an extension of the airplane not as human beings. Operations doesn’t communicate with each other and they make decisions that make no sense to save pennies. I had several paychecks that were wrong and fought for months to get them corrected.
