Pros

Some of the people I worked with.

Cons

TSC, is a mess. The owners are out of touch and are loyal to the wrong people. TSC, as a whole, is unsafe, to the point of scary. Their airplanes are "lipstick on a pig". The interiors are always dirty, the carpets are disgusting, and the lavatories are smelly and unsanitary. The cabin attendants are lazy, especially the head cabin attendant. I heard upper management call one of the clients "casino level." Tri-State isn't even casino level; picture the corner gas station in the wrong part of town, that is TSC.

TSC is a fun work environment with great crew members and folks that truly care about the company.

Cons

Charter gets busy! Some of the days are long but typically are offset by a long over night or a down day.
