      Pros

      I like the people of the energy markets side. The work scope is big and very interesting.

      Cons

      There is a poor old lingering mentality and without a large pay increase i'm not sure it will ever go away.

      There are some people who really care. There are still good benefits to working here.

      Cons

      No pension for new hires. Lack of options for upward mobility. There are managers and VP’s who micromanage and do not work well as a team.
