Lack of Change and Employee Development

Pros

Option to work part-time at home.

Cons

Stuck in the past. How they have always done things is how they will continue doing things even if change is needed. Outdated in so many aspects of work, technology, and people relations. Management needs a major overhaul as many employees unhappy with the grind and turnover rates are high among younger generation of employees.

Pros

People I work with are great. Compensation and Benefits are great.

Cons

Savings for the company has resulted in less employee functions. Old school promotions based on time no performance.
