Pros

Company does care for their employees. Benefits are pretty good with a pension, good health care. Encourages employees to take training. Pay is not top dollar but they try to match the industry.

Cons

Too management top heavy. Senior VP, VP, senior managers for a company this size is overkill. Weak management decisions for day to day operations

Pros

Depending on the group, it can be a great place to work. Pay is okay. Benefits are average. Pension is good.

Cons

No real performance management. Lack of mobility to grow in the company or into higher positions. PTO or Sick time got better but still isn't great. Caters to higher level positions and many people don't leave to try and ride a job out until retirement.
