Pros

Excellent health care coverage and paycheck is good. Company has a good retirement package and pays well if you want to work overtime.

Cons

Management doesn't listen to employees. Had excessive overtime for 3 years (ran shorthanded). Forced employees to work and if they couldn't they were wrote up. Employees were made scapegoats to protect Management's mistakes. Safety is a secondary concern to money and budgets. Employees are not people but just a number.
