- Phenomenal operations staff to work with and learn from - 100% remote - Client facing with autonomy - Great opportunity to learn the industry

Cons

- C-suite couldn’t care less about staffing, work loads or work / life balance - SOPs are outdated and or not utilized making it hard to be consistent across the regions - Re-orged (2) times in the last 3 years, with no warning or real success
