      Things constantly change at TriNet and it’s not always good change. You will be challenged daily, and sometimes it can be frustrating.

      Consistent Change

      Pros

      You work with amazingly talented people. They make their best effort to work as a team and do a great job! You learn so much and gain a lot of knowledge about the industry. The people you work with make it worth while.

      Cons

      Consistent changes with processes, management, and culture. Management has no control over anyone's schedule or needs. You have no say on your schedule, workload, no balance. You are treated as a number and the expectation is you meet their numbers via micromanagement. Currently a difficult work environment. There is no option for growth at this time.
