flexibility to work remote or hybrid okay benefits - health care cost and coverage is getting worse every year
Cons
no direction too many layoffs main focus is on AI and overseas labor, not the American workforce nowhere for career growth unless you're in sales (or want to move overseas) too many people in high positions making decisions that are completely clueless on how processes are actually done
