      Pros

      Absolutely love the people I work with, the culture within he company is great. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. My fellow teammates are very helpful and are always looking to assist. The benefits are top notch as compared to other companies I have been to.

      Cons

      There is absolutely no opportunity for growth and upper management do not take care of their employees (no flexibility, being made to feel guilty about taking any kind of leave, will not make the effort to make decisions when an employee needs assistance, feel very undervalued). In general it seems the company is a little confused on where they are heading. I foresee a very bleak outcome.

      Pros

      This was so empowering and not just a work changing experience but also a life changing one. The company has really gone above and beyond to train and grow leaders in this company. Going through this program and receiving an amazing executive coach to walk with me through the journey has truly grown me and shaped me in not just being a leader but one with followers. This company has truly shown me they not only care what I do today but also invest in growing with them every step of the of the way. I am blessed to have this opportunity to work with an amazing company.
