Pros

First things first, everyone is extremely nice! TriNet is not a huge company so there is a family atmosphere in the office. The teams and managers work with you and set you up for success not failure. You're given easy small tasks to start with, and progressively integrated into one of the teams. They make it clear that if you work hard, and show interest, they are willing to make a full-time developer offer for you to come back to after you finish graduation.

Cons

Nothing is cutting edge. This is a service company. There is no RnD going on at TriNet. TriNet is leveraging already predefined technology to deliver their service, which is fine and completely understandable. If you want to work on new tech or cutting edge tech this isn't the company for you. If you want to become a Java Web Dev master or Angular 2.0 master then this is the company for you.
