Pros

They will hire you to work for them as slaves and continue it for years. Slave owners mentality and will force you to quit.

Cons

Terrible leadership at all levels. Bullying, cliquey, no room for growth, have to follow distinct robotic script, you're unable to apply your nursing knowledge, personal knowledge, experiences, your concerns will not be listened to, low pay and never ending call volume. This is the worst company I have ever worked for. Even my first job out of college was better and I made more money.

Pros

Work from home option for some.

Cons

The company does not have your back. You're on your own and are expected to know everything. Staff morale is poor. Overworked and understaffed. Poor communication overall. You're just a number. Never get a raise, never get recognized for accomplishments.

There really are none. Management is ineffective at best. Good views in office

Cons

Micro managing. Bad pay. Inefficient leadership. Clique environment. They give you way more than they pay you to do and tell when you fall
